2006. Done.

December 30th. 1 day left in 2006. I thought I'd look back over the past year and see what has happened.

I pieced my motorcycle back together in January and took it for a ride. Which reminds me, I need to get it inspected.

In February, the wife and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary by taking a trip to Charleston, SC. We spent a few days there and had a blast.

March, April and May were a blur. One of those months I purchased a new desktop computer for the office and I picked up some more web design business. It was also around that time that I begin modification and expansion of my vocal studio at the house. Just a side note, but I was listening through some of my production over the last few years and the sound quality in my studio has improved quite a bit.

June, July and August. They all run together in my mind. I know we went to the beach a couple of times and we rode the motorcycle a lot. We were also at Ross Recording a good bit working on music and we starting traveling the latter part of June as Crosswalk.

September, October and November was filled with homecomings dinner on the grounds and Fall Festivals and Vacation. We sang at 6 or 7 homecomings in a row. This is about the time I started putting on my weight. I had dieted and slightly exercised down to 190 - 193 and now I have gradually slid back up to 215. Yikes!!!

We did go on our cruise in September, I'm not sure of the exact dates. I know it was around Mom's birthday (not sure when that is either).

Of course November is Thanksgiving and we celebrated with Family. November also marked the completion of the Crosswalk Project, "I'm gonna sing it!".

November was actually a very busy and event filled month. I can remember it because it wasn't very long ago. The wife celebrated her 25th birthday with Chicken Pox. That was fun!

December to remember (I heard that on a car dealer commercial) of course the big event in December, Scott Aldridge's birthday. He turned 40 this year and he reminded us all about it every few days! Oh yes, Christmas. That was in december as well. Turned out pretty nice. I called it a Low-Key Christmas. It was very relaxed and turned out just lovely. Except for the Rice cooker I got!

Well, in closing, 2006 wasn't all that bad! I know 2007 will start out with a BANG! My birthday is on the 1st. I hope the wife gets me a D80! :)
