A few snapshots...

The Dogs

Sometimes my genius even surprises myself! I'm kidding, of course!

Jessica (the wife) has had trouble house training the little dog (oscar). I kept trying to help, but she is very lax on discipline with the little spoiled one.

So, my next GENIUS idea was to re-introduce the big dog (ralph) back indoors and teach the little dog that he is supposed to leave his marks OUTSIDE!

I started this experiment on Friday. I took Ralph to get all nice and clean and brought him inside. He is quite large and doesn't take well to baths! He has really calmed down alot over the last year or so, but he still likes to climb up in your lap and snuggle. This was all well and fine when he was just a pup, now at over 100 lbs., it's uncomfortable to say the least.

Back to the experiment. I began by taking both dogs out every few hours. This seemed to work, until they both decided to wander off in differant directions and not listen to my calls. So I reverted to the trusty leash. Since the little dog is not very smart and only follows the big smart dog. I put a leash on Ralph and let him set the example.

I am glad to report that since my intervention and the implementing of my GENIUS plan. There have been no marks let in the house by the little, not so smart, dog!

Thank you - I'll be signing books in the lobby!

Trying to Avoid the Status Quo

Well - I've read alot of BLOGS lately. It's funny, NO ONE UPDATES THEM REGULARLY and everyone apologizes for not updating them regularly as if people were sitting at their computers, angry because you didn't update your blog!

So....I didn't update my blog on purpose! I'm NOT SORRY! HA!

Anyway - back to the blogging...
Sorry I haven't posted in awhile - I've been busy!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Work, Work, and more work!

I was working my full time job today (as I usually do) and we were working at CBS Radio in Charlotte. We did a full rekey of their studio / office building. It was fun and depressing at the same time, although I rarely get depressed. For those of you who don't know - I worked in Radio for 5 years. I really loved it and I still get to do a little work now and then. But being in a big studio like I was today just brought back memories. I saw guys in the production studio working with the same equipment that I worked with. EV RE20's, Cool Edit Pro, TASCAM CD Recorders and the like. I could do their job, easy! But I resolve, God has me here for a reason and I'll stay as long as He has me.

But I really could do their job!
